Lead software development and implementation strategy for development team based in Quito, Ecuador. Set and deliver on yearly tech road map projects and goals, including bi-annual employee reviews. Manage third party vendor relations (AWS, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Apps, 8x8, Cloudflare, New Relic, etc.)

Head up Web development for pioneering Index and ETF focused media company, from the company’s office in Quito, Ecuador. Build ETF Analytics product based on proprietary IndexUniverse (ETF.com) ETF classification system and integration to dozens of primary and secondary data sources. Business unit sold to Factset in 2015. Implement digital marketing strategy for Inside ETFs, the world's largest ETF focused conferences in the US and Europe. Business unit sold to Informa, 2015. Manage ad serving systems and operations. Hire and train software engineering, content management, quality assurance, and product development teams in our Quito office. Define and manage email list strategy and list-management platforms. Evaluate, select and migrate to several Content Management System platforms throughout the company's life (Mambo, Joomla, Drupal, etc.). Implement SEO strategy, including automatic article tagging system, automatically built landing pages, etc. Ad sales, client relationship management.
