Reported into Senior Director of Platform Engineering and then VP of Security. - Built the security engineering team from 1 to 6 people, which owned and scaled product, application, infrastructure security, and security operations (i.e. all of security except compliance and IT security). - Led and implemented technical solutions, programs, and strategies - Scaled security programs for an organization with 180 employees (60 engineers) to 420 employees (130 engineers) and world-class revenue/ARR growth.

Built a community of industry mentors who are top executives in successful security companies, such as Akamai, Imprivata, Rapid7, Tenable, Qualys, and Cybereason.

    I did my PhD in the PDOS lab at MIT, advised by Nickolai Zeldovich and James Mickens. I wrote 5 first-author papers, which were published at top-tier systems and security conferences. My research was at the intersection of cybersecurity, distributed systems, and cryptography.
