    The ECFP is a two-year rotation program dedicated to developing early-career engineering talent for the Boeing enterprise. The program recruits from each year's class of interns as well as from the larger population of full-time early-career engineers. Each participant completes four, six-month rotations which build technical breath in two unique ways: by rotating through four of six business units and by rotating through the four product lifecycle stages, which are Create, Develop, Produce, and Support. Through this diverse range of rotations, participants build strong corporate citizenship and a One Boeing technical skill set beyond that of a typical early career engineer.
