Started my first company as a college senior in January 2011. Raised capital from Y Combinator in Summer 2011. Sold the company to Groupon Inc. (NASDAQ: $GRPN) in January 2013. Glassmap was a real-time map for iOS and Android that let users keep track of friends and family and discover and share interesting and relevant things happening around them. We also spun off a B2B service for small/medium-sized businesses to do CRM and ad/deal targeting. My colleagues and I were granted US Patent 9628957 titled "Method and system for determining location of mobile device" for our technology.
