    I founded this platform for the next generation of digital-first consumer brands. Using a community insights approach to uncover white spaces, and technology to engage with customers, we created modern Beauty brands in niche (but not small) verticals. We launched HIKI (an all gender, modern sweat products brand) and State Of Menopause (a menopause beauty brand). We pivoted during Covid, sold our brands and rebranded to Chord.

    President & COO of Glossier (and CFO too, for a while). I took the brand from pre-launch to nine-figure revs. During my tenure, I hired and built out a team of nearly 200 people, while I oversaw Marketing, Tech, Data, CX, Product Operations, Logistics, International, Finance and People teams. I led the strategy, particularly around DTC, as well as fundraising.
