Woodstock is a multi-asset investment fund house focused on investments in emerging technologies. At present we manage two funds, both registered with the Cayman Island Monetary Authority: (i) Woodstock Capital Fund I - discretionary fund for strategic investors; and (ii) Woodstock Capital Fund II - aggregated fund for HNIs, family offices and institutional investors. Woodstock also manages a segregated portfolio company with a specific focus on augmenting the emerging technology ecosystem. Kamsolar Energy Consultants is a consultancy arm of Ultimate Sun Systems Pvt. Ltd., which provides end to end consultancy in the area of rooftop and ground mounted solar PV projects, energy efficiency, green buildings, projects under CSR etc. Aims & Objectives To provide consultancy and technical support services to the investors for setting up grid connected Solar and Wind Power Plants. To provide consultancy and technical support to the users towards setting up of rooftop grid tied solar power plants in KW capacity range. To undertake Resource Assessment and pre-feasibility studies for establishing Solar energy application based projects in Industrial and commercial sectors. To provide consultancy in design and construction of Green Buildings. To undertake Impact Assessment and Evaluation studies. To create awareness on uses, applications, cost, payback period, technology and performance of Solar Technology for electricity and steam generation among stake holders across different sectors. Technical support in selection of EPC firms through due diligence of techno-commercial offers of various bidders and performance analysis of plants installed in the past. To provide technical support for improving energy efficiency in industrial, commercial and housing sector. To undertake technical support service for Accreditation and Registration of Solar and Wind Power projects under REC Framework.
