    I have my PhD. in the pharmacology with a focus on cardiovascular and hematologic pharmacology. My thesis work focused in a hematology lab working on modeling, analyzing, and treating various cardiovascular and hematologic pathologies using a human cell based microfluidic system. The pathologies include but are not limited to heparin induced thrombocytopenia and inflammatory induce thrombosis.

    • As VP of Consulting, I directly trained and managed 16 project directors, 30 project managers, and 180+ team members of the PBG on the following skills to serve 30 diverse healthcare and biotech companies: client logistics, project scoping, team management, primary research, secondary research, and general consulting techniques. • Served on executive board sourcing committee that sourced 30 semester-long consulting projects for 200+ post-doctoral, master's, MBA, and Ph.D. students, serving real life clients that ranged from university start-ups to Fortune 500 medical device companies. • Lead the executive board staffing committee in collating and analyzing 200+ applications from potential project directors, project managers and team members to be staffed based on their prior experiences, education, and prior PBG team member evaluations. • Created, updated, implemented, and analyzed PBG surveys for inter-team evaluations, client feedback, and suggested improvements on PBG leadership and training. Survey results were utilized for project staffing, project sourcing, and improving PBG service to both students and clients.
