The first member of the tech team and right hand to the CTO. I recruited, hired and led HOOQ’s product & engineering teams. In a year of work the team rebuilt HOOQ’s entire system from scratch.

Built products that drove up Internet adoption in the Philippines. Most notably I collaborated with Facebook on the global launch of Internet.org. After only six months in the market, we brought 1 million people online for the first time.
