Program members lead by doing – gaining real-world experience by working on important and challenging projects alongside some of the brightest technical minds in the world. As a member of the program, I rotated through four different positions in various IT functions over a two-year span. This gave me great exposure to the different businesses within GE, as well as a valuable learning experience from each team I joined. The program helped me develop my technical depth as well as expand the breadth of my business acumen.
