As part of the Product Tools and Operations (gPTO) team I developed a multi-phased strategy to scale product knowledge for Ads Data Hub (beta product) to support 3x increase in customers over the next six months. This included defining and executing a cloud automation strategy, building a DevOps deployment model, and working with software engineering teams to ensure our products were architected to take full advantage of the cloud.

The Information Technology Leadership Program is the premier technical leadership program at GE, offering those with a passion for information technology the opportunity to grow their leadership skills, business acumen and technical aptitude, while building a career with unlimited potential. Program members lead by doing – gaining real-world experience by working on important and challenging projects alongside some of the brightest technical minds in the world. As a member of the program, I rotated through four different positions in various IT functions over a two-year span. This gave me great exposure to the different businesses within GE, as well as a valuable learning experience from each team I joined. The program helped me develop my technical depth as well as expand the breadth of my business acumen.
