Directed the product portfolio across all network assets to support Retail and Wholesale customers. Directed Engineering for Consumer FiOS services including optical connectivity, Internet Service, video streaming and content management. Managed budgets of $8B Opex for Network Services and $1B Capex for network development and expansion. ✔ Managed relations and negotiated win-win agreements with hundreds of suppliers and technology partners including providers of equipment and Network Services globally. ✔ Expanded global IP/MPLS service to 160 countries including many emerging markets such as India, China, the Middle East, Eastern Europe by overcoming many regulatory and business model challenges. ✔ Drove product innovation and global expansion, capturing significant enterprise revenue with leading market share in most markets and positioning Verizon as the leading provider for Enterprise customers; achieved Gartner magic quadrant leadership. ✔ Delivered ground-breaking innovations in network technologies: ✔ First to deploy 100G backbone, first submarine cable to China, and leader in IP protocol innovations. ✔ Delivered best fiber to home consumer products with highest speeds and best video streaming quality in the industry on FiOS.
