Joined pre-spin out from Snap in 2019. Led business operations, helped w/ GTM strategy items & seed fundraising, project managed the exit to Snap.

MAX was acquired by Applovin ($APP) in September 2018. MAX is the world’s first programmatic enablement platform for mobile app publishers. Responsible for leveraging extensive network with demand-side platforms (DSPs) to grow exchange from 0-to-1 with significant focus on optimizing the connections between buyers and sellers (bid request / response, auction dynamics, etc.) to scale revenue.

MoPub acquired by Twitter in November 2013. Responsible for signing-and-integrating +200 new demand-side platforms (DSPs) to Twitter's advertising exchange; MoPub. Partners ranged from enterprise (Facebook, LinkedIn, Yahoo, AOL, Sprint) to SMB (Applovin, TapCommerce, The Trade Desk, King.com) to international (Baidu, CyberAgent, Zalando). Focused on scaling output with minimal input; rigorous prioritization of partner on-boarding, optimizing internal workflows + processes to remove blockers and unlock scale. Additional focus on growing revenue in international markets (CHN, JPN, KOR, BRA).

Responsible for all signing-and-integrating all new demand-side platforms (DSPs) to MoPub's advertising exchange. Signed and on-boarded +30 demand-side platforms. Focused on rigorous prioritization of top customers and optimizing sales and on-boarding processes to maximize output. Partnered closely with members of the executive team, account management, technical support and legal. Individual contributor role.
