- I support our SVP, Sales and CMO through strategic HR partnership to provide expert guidance and programs to support our 40+ leaders and 200 employees across GTM to drive performance, foster growth, and increase team member engagement to ensure Webflow can meet our goals and fulfill our mission.

- Own People Operations functions including HR, Talent, & IT. - Member of Executive Leadership Team with 4 direct reports. - Manage compensation planning, performance management, and employee feedback. - Foster culture of accountability with clear OKRs and KPIs. - Maintain benefits policies, oversee payroll/PEO system, and employee perks programs. - Handle sensitive HR personnel matters and ensure legal compliance. - Overseeing end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to screening to interviews and candidate evaluations including onboarding. - Additional accomplishments: implemented a new ATS system, introduced the company's first managed service provider, launched an employee swag store, developed new hire swag bundles, launched a digital quarterly employee newsletter, implemented a compensation philosophy, created a D&I mission statement and affinity groups, built a comprehensive onboarding program, launched a new L&D training tool, and led the planning efforts for the company's first annual offsite meeting.
