We own a Kansas City bank and are building a full-suite of banking, payments and issuing products to support the needs of embedded finance. We also have a very strong local banking business focused on key business relationships in Kansas City. Co-founded by an amazing group of ex-Squares (Block Inc) who are inspired by building the bank we wanted to see in the world.

Became one of the US's largest enablers of small business banking and lending products. Lead product, engineering, design, data science, go to market and overall business. Lead Square Inc Board of Directors committee for Capital Compliance and Governance. Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Square Financial Services, an FDIC insured Bank dedicated to unlocking access to credit for small businesses. Member of Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and Nomination and Governance Committee. Lead People Team - (~Chief Human Resources Officer). Team includes: recruiting, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, people analytics, compensation and benefits, and people operations. Chief Development Officer of Yahoo. Managed a breadth of revenue generating businesses and corporate functions such as search affiliate business, product partnerships, M&A, people team. Worked to establish and manage Altaba Holdings (Ticker: AABA). Served as Chief Human Resources Officer which drives all hiring and talent development, organizational structuring/alignment and operations across Yahoo. Also served on the Board of Directors and audit committee of Alibaba Group, one of the leading internet businesses focused on consumer e-commerce, business to business marketplaces, and cloud computing. Serve on the Board of Directors of Alibaba Group and Co-chair of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee of the Alibaba Group Board of Directors. Executed transactions on behalf of independent directors related to Alibaba and ANT Financial's international payments operations. Alibaba operates the world's largest online and mobile marketplace including a group of internet based e-commerce businesses, online retail and payment services, a shopping search engine that connects retailers with consumers and data centric cloud computing services. Alibaba's shopping services managed over $394 billion in GMV translating to $12 billion of revenue. The company has over 350m annual active buyers.

Apax Partners is one of the largest private equity funds in the world with over $40bn under management. Apax typically invests in large growth companies with an enterprise value between $1bn and $5bn. The firm manages a global network of 8 offices in four continents. The underlying portfolio companies employ in excess of 200,000 people and and generated combined revenues in of $29 billion. Led significant TMT investments and executed debt and equity capital transactions on behalf of portfolio companies and the firm. Significant operational execution across multi-national portfolio, tax and restructuring focus. Served on many boards and managed Audit Committee and Compensation Committee activities on behalf of Apax Partners. Roles included overall management of corporate governance, appointing leadership, setting annual budgets, and financial stewardship.

Led an innovative SaaS-based software services company which managed building maintenance workflow for the commercial real estate industry. Investors included: Benchmark Capital, Tishman Speyer Properties, Goldman Sachs and 12. Sold company to Realeum in July 2001. Won 2001 CIO Magazine award for corporate innovation.

Mergers and Acquisitions, Principal Investment Group, Capital Markets. Participated and led teams in the development and execution of acquisition and divestiture strategies for Goldman Sachs and its clients. Extensive execution of complex corporate transactions, restructurings, raid defense advisory and creation of specialized loan vehicles and securitized products. Awarded Goldman's highest honor for teamwork and overall contribution at annual Weinberg Awards in 1998. Award given to one person annually in Investment Banking Division.
