Led the SaaS engineering and operations for Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud to support hyper-growth in commercial and FED customers and partners, through cloud-native and managed approaches. Diamanti raised a round of funding and needed a CTO (and acting CPO) to pivot their product strategy & roadmap and integrate natively with Kubernetes to maintain their lead in the “high performance Kubernetes software appliance market”. As their CTO, I directed the hybrid / multi-cloud product strategy, market positioning and implementation of Diamanti's Kubernetes based Control Plane, Data Plane and Service Orchestration products and software appliances. Engineered software-defined appliances achieving 1M+ IOPS, critical for high-performance cloud workloads, outperforming competition (e.g., Red Hat Rancher) by 3x. Met 100% ARR target for 2022 by strategically influencing key clients, including major banks in EMEA and a large utility company in Florida, through tailored solutions and robust performance metrics.

Enhanced Oracle SaaS cloud performance, scale, and resiliency to strengthen its competitive position in the Enterprise SaaS market. I was directly recruited by the “President of Oracle” to establish and lead global SaaS Platform lifecycle management. Built a SaaS Engineering (DevSecOps) organization of 200+, overseeing the design, construction, and operation of SaaS LCM platforms, APIs, and data systems, crucial for SaaSification of Oracle’s Fusion applications. Amplified SaaS cloud LCM scale by 100x, performance by 10x, and QoS by 200% through technology and people transformation.

- Equinix grew exponentially through acquisitions of network dense data centers. All these physical data centers & assets needed a robust software control plane and secure data plane to integrate, manage and provide B2B services to customers. - Joined Equinix as a founding software engineer, progressing to head of engineering; built a world-class product, IT engineering, DevSecOps organization of 300+ across the US, Singapore, and India, enabling 10,000+ Enterprises, SMBs, and Startups, and facilitating hyper-scale product-based revenue growth while operating 200+ data centers. I managed an annual R&D budget of $100M+, and jointly acquired 40+ patents with colleagues, driving innovation and technological advancements. - Launched key products and services including a B2B business platform, omnichannel digital experience (Web/mobile/API), hybrid cloud services and platforms (patented) for AWS, GCP, and Azure integration, data pipeline and data lake, API/developer experiences (developer.equinix.com), and open-sourced AquaJS for rapid micro-services development.
