Representing partner organisations on the board for Insurtech Australia, helping to provide the perspective of a large insurance company embarking on an effort to innovate and bring the outside in. As well as having deep connections into QBE and the start-up community globally, I am always available to support members in an advisory capacity as required. Leading the Corporate Development function within IAG Labs, I am responsible for the design and successful delivery of our business plan, monitoring and reporting performance and managing the financial performance of the division. As part of the IAG Labs Leadership Team, my role is to ensure Labs maintain the appropriate level of governance in our more agile, flexible environment, as well as drive M&A activity, major strategic relationships and negotiations. I am also responsible for strategic collaboration and engagement with IAG's other business divisions.
