My expertise lies in conceptualizing and delivering high-impact solutions across a spectrum of industries, including endoscopy, fluorescence imaging, quantum computing, LiDARs, as well virtual reality, and 3D sensing. Harnessing state-of-the-art technologies, I collaborate with world-leading companies to develop concepts and solutions that push the boundaries of innovation. With a customer-driven approach, my role involves not just anticipating but shaping market needs, ensuring our laser and optic solutions are perfectly aligned with our clients' evolving challenges.     Co-founding the SaaS startup based on Sitra innovation competition with the 1Meur prize. A social startup using AI/ML with chatbot-technology, which was founded on the success of Sitra's ratkaisu-100 competition (https://www.sitra.fi/en/articles/osaamisbotti-uncovers-latent-expertise-job-applicants/) 3rd place amongst the 237 competitors. The company solves the national problem of revealing the (hidden) skills and capabilities by leveraging the chatbot for identification and AI/ML algorithms for matching and employment.
