    StubHub (an eBay company) was acquired by Viagogo for $4.05 Billion in 2019. In my role as Head of Strategy & New revenue Streams, I was responsible for setting the strategy of the business and leading the newly created R&D and innovation team. We mainly focused on the following areas: - Building new distribution APIs. - Exploring new smart fulfillment solutions to provide a better end-to-end experience. - Adding value to our partners in our fast-growing B2C and B2B verticals. - Defining the long term and business strategy based on market and technology trends. - Managing the budget and P&L of the Strategy and Innovation team. - Member of the INTL Leadership team.

    TICKETBIS is a Spanish start-up founded in 2010 and acquired by StubHub (an eBay Company) in 2016 for $165 Million. The company operates a global online ticketing marketplace connecting fans across 50+ countries. A quick overview on responsibilities & achievements in my role as Regional Manager: - Managed 15% of the company revenue P&L. Achieved triple-digit growth YoY. - Lived in Tokyo for 4 years to hire and manage the team locally. - Designed and executed the GTM and market launch strategy for Japan and South Korea and additional 10 markets between 2013 and 2015. - Set up all the internal procedures and ways of working, Responsible for subsidiary establishments and initial build-out of all the infrastructure, online and offline operations including corporate, office leasing, HR, legal/regulatory, accounting/tax, logistics, marketing, business strategy, and development. - Member of the leadership team and the integration team with eBay & StubHub after the Ticketbis acquisition by eBay in 2016.

Success rates increased by 3x. - Trust & Safety: created new payment risk internal controls and operations that led to 50% less payment fraud. - Logistics: negotiated and closed new deals with existing and new carriers, managed the system integration and troubleshooting. - Control over the day-to-day operations of the business: logistics, customer service, trust and safety and payment methods.
