Our investment thesis aims to invest in tech-based startups that either (i) decarbonize the planet or (ii) help to adapt to climate change effects. Five investment verticals focus on energy, transportation and mobility, construction and materials,  agtech and food, and manufacturing.

    Manager responsible for the HubSpot for Startups (HSFS)program in Silicon Valley. In this role: (i) Developed and nurtured partnerships with top local VC and accelerators (Sequoia, Greylock, 500 global, Plug and Play, FI); (ii) Run workshops about GTM strategies and mentored portfolio startups of HSFS partners ; (iii) led large-scale online webinars for +2000 audience; and (iv) managed program guidelines with internal teams (marketing, sales, service).

    Executive in charge of defining and implementing the strategy for the organization, developing team and culture, and managing the departments within the organization (finance, acceleration, marketing and communications). Reported to Chrysalis’s board and was responsible for achieving long-term sustainability and managing a budget of 5M USD for funding and operations. - Recognition as one of the Top 3 Business Accelerators in Latin America according to Gust Accelerator Report; - Raised 200,000 USD to expand Chrysalis Mentor’s Network nationally, redesigned the mentorship methodology to measure progress and milestones, and increased the number of active mentors from 15 to 50; - Redefined startup segment served (startup stage, industry, and technology) and the value proposition delivered; - Co-founder of Chrysalis Open Class, a program that teaches essential startups concepts to entrepreneurs in Latin America.

    Executive in charge of acceleration methodologies, acceleration program, selection process, and funding. Managed a 4M USD fund to invest in early-stage startups and control and monitors portfolio KPI’s. - Recognition to Chrysalis as one of Top 10 Accelerators in Latin America according to Fundacity and UBI Global; - Developed a management board to control and monitor KPIs for the 50-startup portfolio; - Defined the startup lifecycle in Chrysalis, considering phases of investment and milestone framework; - Developed the incubation and acceleration department from 1 to 6 employees and designed acceleration protocols; - Raised a 3M USD Capital Seed Fund from CORFO (Governmental Agency) to invest in startups.
