    Buscabot was an idea born to disrupt the way parts can be purchased and found in Mexico. This project was on stealth mode for over two years and launched in April of 2021. Led the venture seed funding round and currently act as an advisor to the CEO. Now it is operating under a tremendous management team. I am proud of what the team has achieved and look forward advising them on their journey.

Shop-Ware was part of the Ecosystem strategy I developed during the time as Head of Digital Innovation at Bosch. SaaS licenses grew from 54 to 1,000 in 24 months and the company valuation jumped 5x with the recent Series A round. - Developed, operationalized and responsible for a vertically integrated market-specific ecosystem, driven by digital solutions and venture investments that connected over 1,500 independent repair shops with a sustainable and future proof system while growing company downstream revenue by 150% from 2019 until 2021. - Founded thorough a hackathon a new venture, Buscabot, that uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to connect the highly fragmented aftermarket industry in Mexico. Led venture investments from end to end, including due diligence to close. ► Grew a $12 million marketing and communications budget to $25 million through expert management. ► Developed a market-specific ecosystem, driven by digital solutions and venture investments that connected over 1,500 independent repair shops with a sustainable and future proof system while growing company downstream revenue by 150% until 2022. ► Spearheaded two series seed rounds of investing, significantly increasing organizational and strategic value.
