We are an investment firm that proactively invests capital and care into early stage companies and entrepreneurs. To do this effectively and authentically, we proactively allocate resources to fund founder wellbeing, putting real dollars towards to support mental, emotional, and spiritual health. We are proving that healthy founders lead to healthy returns without compromising mission or profitability. Thesis-wise, we invest in entrepreneurs disrupting legacy industries. We provide innovative, founder-focused venture capital investment to early-stage technology companies in non-traditional technology hubs across the county. The traditional “growth at all costs” mentality has a high likelihood of producing founder burnout, unsettling ethics, and failed investments. By rejecting this status quo of dollars-driven, people-indifferent investing in lieu of an approach that centers around building businesses that are profitable and sustainable, we are changing the narrative from burnout to flourishing by redefining the ecosystem of support around each founder.
