    TMX Group (Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange) In this role, I spearheaded the corporate and business development efforts focused on securing new equity listings of US-based companies. I also: Teamed up with company Founders/Executives/BoDs and investors to implement their growth strategy through accessing the equity capital markets. Launched and led team in the design/development and implementation of a comprehensive US strategic growth plan providing alternative sources of financing spanning public venture capital to private company ecosystem. Proactively found opportunities for process improvement of public listings in the US marketplace. Drove business unit growth via sourcing numerous companies for public market track in US territory since inception.

    As Senior Managing Director - Corporate Client Group / New Listings, I governed all relations/ communication with an active pipeline of 250 clients, including Founders/C-Suite and senior decision makers seeking to have their companies go public through IPOs, with the intent of securing commitment to Nasdaq listing. Along with the Nasdaq CEO, I pitched C-Suite executives on the value proposition of a Nasdaq listing. I presented on panels for IPO seminars and public company readiness. Several of my accomplishments in this role included: Facilitating 26 IPOs with a combined 290+ million shares valued at $3.8+ billion. Achieving Nasdaq Presidents Club status – 2016. Being the first to secure a 100% IPO win rate, I averaged an 82%-win rate in 2014/2015/2016. Listing 3 of the top 5 largest IPOs (Extraction Oil & Gas, Red Rock Resorts, and Nutanix) – 2016. Actively participating in the Milestone Makers Mentor Program.

    During my 8-year tenure, I was accountable for superior client servicing (Equity Research/Institutional Equities/Investment Banking) to 30+ global relationships (hedge/mutual funds). I also mentored and counseled junior salespeople and analysts Additionally, I: Partnered with senior analysts to conduct comprehensive fundamental research and due diligence on economic trends/industries/companies/markets/competitive peers and market segmentation. Sourced and defined new market opportunities, developed differentiated/specialized products, and customized proprietary research products to suit clients’ requirements. Some results of these functions included: Identifying and maximizing a Europe province as an opportunity for strategic development, bringing in millions in annual revenue and becoming a top-performing territory. Producing multiple millions in commission business on public equity offerings over tenure. Escalating the West Coast to a principal region within 12 months of hire and boosting annual revenue.
