    Grew this consulting business from a three person startup to a sustainable consulting business through hiring, mentoring and leading consultants to deliver high quality projects. Increased project capacity from one project to four concurrent projects and created and executed on plans to delver 50% to 100% annual revenue increases. Projects included strategy and innovation projects. We designed large-scale scenario strategies that prioritized M&A opportunities, guided investment decisions and informed organization design. Some results included 15% YOY growth, acquisitions to reach target production and earnings and a redesign of operations.
