Grew the company from the grassroots level and positioned the organization as a strategic partner to hundreds of early stage and enterprise companies. Spearhead the company’s mission, vision, and commitment to helping companies solve their biggest business challenges, namely driving organizational innovation and CX transformation to remain competitive in the marketplace while meeting the ever evolving and complex needs of their customers. - Strategized and developed a proprietary business design model that begins at the foundational level and utilizes market and organizational research; the process subsequently conducts a series of workshops to “unpack” the needs of the client and their customers. Spearhead the development of clients’ brand, product, and digital growth strategies and support clients as they bring new ideas to market. - Started and currently direct the venture management division of the company dedicated to identifying and capitalizing upon new business ideas and enabling the business to launch. - Raised $13.2M in seed funding, earmarked for the technology sector, and founded Tallwave Capital as an additional part of the organization’s ecosystem. Tallwave Capital has funded 28 companies in the Western region that have raised $100M+ in total capital. - Led the company through exponential growth, orchestrated several acquisitions, and helped Tallwave earn a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies for a consecutive three years.

    Led and directed a digital consultancy that partnered with brands and assisted them in leveraging current and emerging audience hubs via the web, social media, and mobile devices drive deeper understanding of their customers and superior service delivery. Serving at the helm of this organization, successfully built and maximized upon the digital relationships between brands’ customers and the marketplace. - Coupled leading technology with a dedication to uncovering consumer insights; championed the crafting of strategies that thrilled customers and resulted in deep and meaningful relationships and brand loyalty. - Provided best-in-breed digital marketing services while leading a team responsible for determining the optimal method for brands to engage with their customers. Executed targeted solutions that exceeded clients’ goals and expectations. - The organization was eventually acquired by Tallwave Capital.

    Joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Strategic Alliances prior to becoming President. Held responsibility for managing the enterprise’s corporate partnerships and making determinations on how the organization would use partner information to create best-in-class solutions for a portfolio of clients. - Participated in raising the first $15M in funding and enabled the company to pursue its growth path. Drove revenues from $2M to $23M within six years. - Expanded the company from 15 to 240 people during tenure; opened offices in New York, Chicago, and San Francisco. - Architected strategy for the company to become the #1 Search Marketing company at the time. Sat on the Board of Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), an organization with members in 50+ countries and in pursuit of the mission of helping search professionals develop and grow in their careers. Eventually went on to become the Chairman of SEMPO. - Transitioned from managing the business to serving as the face of the organization after other rounds of funding and multiple acquisitions. Sat on Technology Advisory Councils of Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo! alongside other agency and technology company presidents. Advised on how to roll out new products to market. - Spoke at technology conferences and events in multiple countries, including India, Hong Kong, China, and Russia. Sought strategic partnerships on a global level on behalf of iCrossing while driving connectedness to SEMPO as a nonprofit organization. - Supported the acquisition of seven companies as the EVP of Business Development and grew revenues to $120M over the course of three years.

Interacted with key business owners and clients. - Obtained CPA license during tenure with the organization. - Engaged in deep multi-disciplinary training as a member of the organization as well as initial onboarding training at the company’s “College.” - Assigned to the Financial Consulting division and began a “start-up” within this group. Conducted extensive research on the approved funds that would be used by clients within the high-net-worth portfolio. Grew the group from three people to 15. - Leveraged the power of technology to solve real business problems.
