• Lead venture capital investments in start-up companies in Enterprise SaaS, Manufacturing, Memory, and Sports Tech Sectors; Research and present investment thesis in each space • Deal Sourcing: Source new deals thought relationships with VCs, industry experts, repeat entrepreneurs and Intel BUs; Screen deals to assess management team, technology, and ability to scale including preparing pro-forma cap tables and financial models, Present companies and investment thesis to Intel Capital Investment Committee • Deal Negotiations: Negotiate key deal terms, primarily with Intel Capital as deal lead, with company management including valuation, protective provisions, round sizing, co-investor participation, and option pool size • Company Building: Provide guidance and coaching to companies, assist in recruiting and replacing management teams, and maintain relationships with other board members to ensure alignment • Exit Management: Oversee exits, including sale of public shares and M&A; Managed through difficult exit situations with several existing portfolio companies to minimize Intel legal and financial exposure

As a member of multiple deal teams for the Manufacturing & Wearables/ New Technologies Sectors, Jen participated in multiple deals including new & follow-on venture capital investments (recaps and down rounds), bridge loans, PIPE transactions, secondary offerings, and convertible loans. She drove analysis on company financials, IRR, and cap tables and completed deal due diligence. She assisted with creating sector investment strategies and engaged with Business Units to ensure strategic alignment on deals

Within the New Business Initiatives Group at Intel, she participated in helping to find, develop, and grow new organic start-up companies within Intel.
