As the founder of the agency, I drive, shape, and execute the vision, strategy, brand identity and agency product lines. In addition I design and execute business strategy and operational procedures from finance to HR, sales, marketing, and operations. In my client facing role as the Managing Consultant of the agency, I lead client engagements and relationships with a consultative, advisory approach and ensure project delivery. Since 1980, CarrotNewYork has partnered with organizations who want to do good, helping companies, government agencies, and non-profits launch education-based, social responsibility programs where real impact takes place: in schools, at home, online, and in communities. Our creative education agency designs a variety of multifaceted outreach campaigns that can include educational content and curriculum, digital learning experiences, and marketing strategies. We specialize in areas like Health and Wellness, Financial Literacy, Environmental Issues, and other issues affecting young people and their families. As a member of the executive management team at CNY, I lead the development of the strategic plan for our company as we advanced our efforts in providing innovative education outreach. Supporting our goals, our team continually examined key components of our business: our clients, our end users, effective teaching and marketing practices, and the latest in design and digital education. In addition, I lead the members of our Education, Creative, Marketing and Business Development teams.
