After three hectic years leading the business I have now decided to "lower the speed" a little and take a specialist role. In my new position I will work on growing our business outside our home markets Denmark, Sweden and Finland. As Business Director - Commercial Director - I am overall responsible for Nestlé Professional Food in the Nordic. Sales organisations in Finland, Sweden, Germany and Denmark and working through distributors in Norway and Iceland.

Commercial responsible for - Business Development of Nestlé Professional Food in the Nordics - Export of branded products outside Nordics - OSCARs private label business in Denmark and export markets - Customised solutions to key accounts in Europe The business areas have shown steady solid growth over the years on both top and bottom line and contributed to the very postive development of the company. As a member of the OSCAR Management Team I have played a major role in defining, forming and continously developing of the company strategy. This has been a process of taking the company from very hands-on practically lead to a company with a longterm strategic focus. Since OSCAR was aquired by Nestlé Professional in 2012 I have had a role of supporting the European Nestlé markets working with customised food solutions.
