    Xtime has over 7000 automotive dealers enrolled in its SaaS Retention Solutions which includes products for appointment scheduling, customer marketing and service bay check-in in its platform. Xtime is the exclusive or preferred provider for 23 car brands, in Australia, Canada, Europe and the US. - Engineered $325MM sale to Cox Automotive (Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, Manheim) in November 2014.

    - Grew Gracenote from 48 to 200+ employees in 5 countries, culminating in acquisition by Sony for $260MM in 2008. - Post-Sony deal: helped manage 300% revenue growth, expansion from music into video, acquisition of technology and companies in mobile sector and creation of dedicated Sony Business Unit while operating "stand-alone". - Pre-Sony deal: installed systems, controls and models for IPO prep. Led financing round with VC's and Strategic investors: (Sequoia,Bessemer,Philips, Panasonic and Samsung).

    - Implemented strategic business streamlining for this revolutionary provider of scalable Java development tools. - Helped company reach profitability and cash positive within 5 quarters of joining while weathering the tech bust.

    - Was CFO at Octane Software and became CAO at Epiphany when acquired in early 2000 for $3.2B (largest private software company sale at the time). - Responsible for implementing best practices for IT, Real Estate, Legal, HR, Treasury while company grew from 500 to over 1000 employees.
