It's a fun startup ride "wearing many hats"... feels like we've done too much to track! But, here are a few major things I have and/or still do own (many of which were from 0-1): - formulating a market expansion and growth strategy - marketing and growth team - community + events team - sales development team - direct sales team - sales and marketing ops + strategy (incl. directly doing all the ops work until post-Series A) - assessing, choosing, and launching Backflip's first non-loan monetized products +20x in run rate since I joined. Direct report to CEO since joining.

Omega is a leading multi-stage investment firm. We support a select portfolio (i.e. Docusign, ZenBusiness, Braze, DataRobot, Square) through their growth phase with business and technology expertise, and a highly engaged enterprise partner and LP network. First independent fund from previous partner at Highland Capital and then head of CVC at SAP and Citi. I worked directly with him on both the investment side and operational side of the firm.

Techstars is a pre-eminent network of startup accelerators. Was responsible for sourcing and selecting companies for the program in our "offseasons" and worked on GTM + fundraising strategy and execution with the companies when in-program. Loved Techstars and was promoted within 3 months of joining. This was only a quick stint because Omega (who knew/trusted me from previous contract work) was making an aggressive offer to be second-in-command at a $150M multi-stage fund under the previous head of SAP and Citi's CVC arms.
