Joined InterXion in November 2018 as Chief Financial Officer to help position the company to thrive in a period of rapid expansion. Worked with the CEO and Senior Leadership team to help drive an increase in value of over 60% through double digit growth in revenue and ebitda supported by Interxion’s first secondary equity issuance of over $300M in 2019. Lead strategic transaction resulting in InterXion’s combination with Digital Realty Trust in a deal valued at over $8B which closed in March 2020.
