Advised Mars Petcare (Connected Solutions) on venture strategy and the creation of a venture capital fund: Companion Fund. Designed a structure that would optimise both fund performance and the delivery of strategic value in order to deliver the greatest value to groundbreaking entrepreneurs in the petcare ecosystem. Received approval for a $100m fund commitment and recruited the most suitable VC fund manager to invest the fund.
