Online course platform designed to prepare students for the external transfer exam to the University of São Paulo (USP), one of the top 100 universities in the QS World University Rankings. Managed a wide range of operations, including automation, staff recruitment, product development, and bulk content production, leading to over 200 sales and 150k BRL in revenue. Leveraged technology to enhance our program, developing a no-code app for self-paced learning and an algorithm for automatic correction of mock exams. Successfully raised 15k BRL from Amigos da Poli, the largest university endowment in Brazil with over 50M+ BRL in assets under management. Eaduca has helped students secure 25% of the admissions into Engineering and Law School at USP, in addition to helping students gain admission into other competitive programs such as Medicine.
