In Coordination with the SVP of Shared Service and Operations and VP of Pharmacy leads development, implementation, management, evaluation, and promotion of system-wide oversight of Pharmaceutical, Shared Services sourcing, and Supply Chain Management. Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective use of pharmaceuticals and supplies across the system and to develop and maintain a sustainable procurement and distribution process at all sites. Direct oversight of Pharmacy and Shared Services sourcing team and maintaining a continuous quality improvement program for enterprise sourcing processes and an ongoing strategic vision for the program. Develops systems of care, solves problems and facilitates processes required to meet customer need and achieve division objectives within budgetary targets. Additional responsibilities include strategic sourcing innovation, performance management of assigned staff, quality measurement and process improvement, practice standards within area of responsibility and regulatory compliance.
