Wicore was the first fulfillment company for SMEs in Mexico and successfully operated for all companies that ventured into this channel. We leveled the logistical playing field so that everyone had access to the same infrastructure (level of service and cost), this through the Order Fulfillment system which gave many companies the opportunity to join ecommerce with a plug & play operation. I am personally satisfied with what we achieved in a few years and the difference we made for many of our customers. // Cubbo acquired Wicore's ecommerce business line in January 2021, drastically changing ecommerce in LatAm.

Responsible for developing projects (mainly in supply chain) focused on maximizing the value generated for customers in various industries such as Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Textile, Footwear, and Pharmaceutical and Consumer Electronics. From deep analysis to detect the current situation of the companies (a well-defined problem is a half-solved problem) to the implementation of the solution with delivery of the turnkey project. Key Results: - Savings on logistics spending of up to 12.3% - 24% reduction in CO2 emissions - 28 point increase in PR (Process Reliability) Some of the projects I have participated in include: - Savings Optimization Distribution Network (both primary and secondary network), - Transportation Procurement Strategy, - Transportation Efficiencies for different models (FTL/LTL), - Consolidation of Shipments, - Implementation of TPM

Desarrollo del Proyecto Ejecutivo del Tren Transpeninsular Mérida - Cancún, involucrado en la parte eléctrica y operativa del proyecto, realizando simulaciones y análisis para determinar el sistema más eficiente, basándonos en el costo-beneficio. Presentar los avances del proyecto al grupo encargado del mismo.

InfiNet Wireless es un fabricante ruso de radio enlaces carrier class para la creación de redes inalámbricas con la mejor tecnología. Fui el responsable de la creación de los proyectos a nivel nacional, en contacto directo con los departamentos de telecomunicaciones de los distintos clientes para crear un sistema viable que cumpliera con los requerimientos, además de estar en contacto continuo con la casa matriz en el extranjero.
