As Consultancy Director I lead the Mubaloo strategy team that has successfully delivered digital products for companies including RAC, B&O, Maersk and Aviva. In collaboration with my team, we have developed Mubaloo’s strategy approach focused on the design and delivery of successful digital products. At Mubaloo we take a user centric, evidence based and iterative approach towards product design. Our objective is to ensure the product is successfully adopted. This is why we take a holistic, technology last, approach where the user is the core and the challenge is in defining a market fit value proposition. We believe the true challenge in delivering successful digital products is not in the technology but in the delicate art of refining a proposition by listening to our users and carefully defining our growth strategy.
