    Research with Boeing NeXt, Commercial Small Autonomous Systems Group • Instructed program managers and division strategists on analyzing how a particular Concept of Operations for autonomous systems translates to operational uncertainty based on the level and complexity of automation of particular functions • Developed analytical framework, based on safety analyses including an Operational Risk Assessment (ORA) and a Systems-Theoretic Process Analysis (STPA), in order to articulate a safety case for type or experimental certification with US regulators

Started as employee 11, 1st system integration engineer, hired and managed team of three SI&T engineers • Developed fleet management software systems and data analysis tools for R&D, SW testing, and future service operations • Interfaced with external stakeholders, including regulators, to design and implement all safety and testing programs • Devised system-wide performance metrics, performed HARAs, and executed all physical and simulation system-level testing for initial fleet of 15 vehicles to ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and state and federal standards
