• Created a strategic business plan for potential expansion in the Silicon Valley, USA, by selecting and evaluating opportunities during a field trip in the San Francisco Bay area. • Interviewed key players of the Silicon Valley’s ecosystem such as VCs, intellectual property lawyers, and entrepreneurs, to understand the Bay Area cluster’s dynamics and its advantages for a company specialized in bone conduction headphone technology.

Incubator Technology/IP Transfer Consultant

• Performed an analysis to improve the technology transfer from the European Space Agency (ESA) to its incubator (ESA BIC). • Analysed the ESA eco-system and formulated strategic recommendations to the board to improve transferability and profitability of their technologies.
