Launched and delivered 4 strategic projects in Egypt, Kuwait and Qatar. In Egypt, delivered an industry benchmark of 2.3 years from discovery to first gas by introducing cutting edge technologies to the BP deepwater project of Atoll. In Kuwait, introduced a new digital transformation project (digital oilfields) that predicted production rates and alerted teams to any deviation to allow quick interventions to address environmental risks, this project improved operational efficiency by 30% serving as a show case for projects worldwide.

Based in company headquarters, formulated the company’s digital technology strategy, and launched several software digitalization projects that are currently improving the operational efficiency of clients in more than 50 countries.

Formulated the joint venture strategy to penetrate the highly competitive Chinese market. Restructured the joint venture organization to ensure alignment between Schlumberger and the Chinese partner in implementing the strategy. Delivered 3 flagship field development projects with the latest technologies in 3 different Chinese provinces.

Successfully started up a digital and integration business unit (BU) in Saudi and executed the first technical limit turnkey project with Saudi Aramco leveraging digital technologies and delivering a step change in well delivery. This success triggered the launching of similar projects taking BU annual revenue from zero to $500M.
2010 - 2013
Formulated and successfully implemented a business transformation project for Pemex in the South of Mexico that allowed Pemex to adopt the latest technologies. The results were a step change in Pemex's operational efficiency. This success tripled our market revenue $300M.
2008 - 2010
Implemented a business transformation project that allowed clients to introduce new technologies that deliver a step change in their operational efficiency. Projects that took 125 days were delivered in less than 40 days.

Deployed all the latest new technologies to North Africa thereby tripling the size of the business with very healthy margins.
