Highly engaged in numerous large-scale transactions for Silver Lake. Also work directly with multiple portfolio companies, including serving or having served on the boards of Relativity, Qualtrics, Aras and Serena Software. Joined Silver Lake in 2004 and previously served as GC before becoming Managing Director & CLO. Also help oversee talent and culture and have served as interim global head of communications. Member of the firm’s Risk Committee, Valuation Committee, Cyber Governance Committee, ED&I Committee and Charitable Commitment Committee.
