Course assistant for CS109: Introduction to Probability for Computer Scientists. CS109 is a core requirement for computer science majors that focuses on probability theory and introductory machine learning methods. It is a large lecture, with more than 350 students this quarter. As a course assistant, I assist with lectures, hold weekly discussion sections and office hours, and grade homework and exams.

Through the Freeman Spogli Institute, I conducted a healthcare economics big-data research project about demand for healthcare of chronically ill residents of Tongxiang, China. I analyzed a 7 million-observation dataset that combined demographic, epidemiological, and geographic information.
