    I led product teams and my charter for Money Movement/Payouts, Invoicing and Stripe Connect. I received a performance award in my first year as a result of my impact. A snapshot of impact: - Built a global product (FX and multicurrency) that grew to $XB volume profitably in 18 months - Improved Payout speeds and introduced Instant Payouts (ex-US) - Built a first ever EMEA roadmap for Stripe Connect, got company leadership buy in for investment - Set up an invoicing product team in EMEA to drive global PMF

    3 roles in App developer monetization - led app bidding from 0 to several billion $ annually in both senior IC and manager roles. Part of the team that ran the first ever FB-Google deal and co built the first FB-Google product. Promoted ahead of time, and managed a team of senior colleagues (L5/L6). Part of the leadership team for Audience Network (100+ colleagues, $5B+ ads business) and accountable for product development, strategy and growth. 2021: Lead for the Audience Network business (4+ teams), both advertiser and developer side. Part of a new leadership team that wrote a new strategy and executed on a reorg. Also helped with commerce/FB shops in highly regulated markets. 2020: Team manager, on bidding and Onboarding/Monetization Manager (MoMa). Rewrote team charter and helped mitigate IDFA/iOS14.5 headwinds. Also helped take bidding to general availability/majority of network and ran alignment with the integrity/fraud team. 2018-19: App and Web bidding. Scaled the web bidding platform, and wrote the strategy and built the app bidding platform. Led product development, strategy and go to market on several products in the platform, effectively changing the plumbing of the in app advertising industry.
