- Strategic advisory mandates for clients in the renewable energy, oil and gas, hydraulic fracturing and carbon reduction sectors. - Legal responsibilities include overseeing and managing full due diligence on transactions, reviewing historical documents, advising on, negotiating and drafting necessary legal agreements. - Financial responsibilities include client-facing work, research and analysis of financial information, financial modelling and valuation, and preparing transaction documents (introductory letters, information memoranda, etc.) whilst truly understanding the commercial aspects. - In-house responsibilities include taking Board Minutes, drafting legal and risk briefing papers and dealing with important compliance matters such as money laundering, preparing management and full statutory accounts, preparing and submitting VAT returns, drafting and reviewing all legal documentation, completing relevant Companies House submissions
