    In this expanded role, I am responsible for the entire Netflix enterprise design practice from pitch to play–Studio XD. We enable an innovative, technology-powered Studio for global planning, production, promotion, and delivery of content at scale. The Studio XD team is composed of two pillars: (1) Pitch to Post, which develops software to automate Netflix Studio's content productions from script to screen. We create products that improve the filmmaking process, creative outcomes, increase business efficiency, and make the process of creating with Netflix a competitive differentiator for talent and partners. (2) The Creative Production & Promotion team designs technology solutions that equip Netflix to entertain the world by launching and promoting great content at scale.

    The Creative Production & Promotion organization is focused on designing enterprise scale solutions that enable Netflix to launch and promote stories around the world. The designers work alongside Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, and Product Consumer Insights to build technology that supports: Creation of media assets (trailers, artwork, social media posts, etc.) for promotional purposes on and off the service. Localization of our consumer experiences around the globe including subtitling and dubbing of Netflix content. Title set up, metadata, and efficient delivery and validation of assets at scale in the Netflix consumer experience. Marketing campaign planning and publicity across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
