Founded in "nuclear winter" of 2001, until 2013 $3.6 Billion sale to SAP. - I am most proud of the accomplishments of the people who I worked with at SuccessFactors. What heart, what luv! They just wanted it more, the pioneers, my sisters and brothers, who created a legendary category - Together with our amazing customers and partners around the world, we built a legendary business and culture, that helps 30,000,000 people loving work again. - So many people on our team, transformed their own lives financially, and were able to buy their own houses. - Most important they became stronger citizens of their communities and improved society. - Beat the stock performance of the majority of other technology stocks, including APPLE while it launched the iPods, and iPhones, the 17 quarters SuccessFactors [SFSF] were public - We grew SuccessFactors 100% CAGR for the first 7 years, receiving the best Gartner, Forrester, ratings for the decade - Innovation at the end of the first decade we received over 85% of our sales, from products that were less than 5 years old
