French eCommerce startup founded by Vestiaire Collective’s former CEO and backed by Daphni in Seed (3,5M raised). It aims to bring a fresh take on the home care & personal care market, working with labs and test users to curate products that are not harmful to human health or to the environment. • Served as the right-hand and sparring partner to the CEO, worked to develop and execute the vision and strategy of the company. • Led strategic projects on behalf of the CEO, collecting input from COMEX and external partners and ensuring agreement on goals, plans, and deliverables. • Created & led quarterly planning, collaborating with multiple team members in Finance, Sales, Analytics and the Marketing leaders to meet plans for growth, leading company revenue to grow by 20% MoM with healthier unit economics. • Monitored P&L to balance high-growth and profitability. • Managed projects calendar, improved processes, tracked progress and KPIs, increased accountability, created a high-performance culture.

• Collaborated closely with Pascal Cagni, who was GM and VP of Apple EMEIA from 2000 to 2012 prior to funding C4 Ventures. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of Business France and French Ambassador for International Investments. • Prepared presentations for internal and external audience. Acted as the contact person between the company’s top management and employees/stakeholders. • Supervised daily operations and strategic projects, leading C4 Ventures to grow from a single-LP to a multi-LP fund approved by the AMF. • Facilitated seamless cross-functional work, driving performance in Investing and Operations teams. • Spearheaded special projects such as C4 Ventures’ Day, a yearly event for founders and investors, showcasing effective project management skills. • Owned at least 3 investment opportunities each year, building expertise in a selected number of subthemes of interest within C4 Ventures preferred sectors (e.g. Digital Media technologies, FemTech, Marketplaces, Media monetization etc...).
