My main task was to redesign a mission driven and solution focused research program to raise the innovation capability of the research organisation. The iBEX-program started in 2018 with ten projects aiming finding bold, yet real solutions to massive problems - within a year. Key to success is diversity in thinking, communication between various stakeholders and space for visionary research work.
