We provide deep operational support to founders and help them build market-leading companies. fram^ is a publicly-traded company on the Stockholm stock exchange, with a team of 120 staff across two offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Danang, Vietnam. As the key member for the venture and investment team, my responsibilities include: - Sourcing and building deals pipeline for potential M&A target with deal size up to $15M. I've successfully connected with CEOs and decision makers of company with annual revenue of $100M. - Conduct financial DD on potential M&A target and give verdicts to the Investment Committee. - Prepare valuation report and fund-raising materials for in-house ventures. - Sourcing and launching 02 new ventures every quarter. - Successfully launched 04 ventures during the past 6 months in Fintech and Consumer-tech . - Assist new ventures during the initiation phase with finance operation and sales procedure. - Build and analyse in-depth business models with break-even timings, estimated cost and peak funding. - Create and proofing financial models for each venture ideas including cost assumptions, budgeting, cash flow management, peak funding and exit strategy for at least 04 financial years from launch.
