(NYSE: SWCH) with partners DigitalBridge, >$10 billion enterprise value - 2019: Acquisition of a 50% stake in Impala, a diversified portfolio of copper, zinc and lead concentrate terminal infrastructure assets. Partnered with Trafigura, a premier global trader in copper, zinc and lead - 2018 / 2022: Acquisition of a 37.5% stake in GCT, a multi-billion dollar enterprise value container terminal operator with operations in North America. >$1 billion enterprise value sale of GCT USA assets to CMA CGM Group. - 2016 / 2019: Acquisition of a 25% stake and a further 25% follow on investment in VTTI, a portfolio of refined product marine storage terminals operating on 5 continents. Partnered with Vitol, one of the world's largest energy traders. - 2015: The sell-down of a partial stake of portfolio company ITR - Part of the asset management teams of Colonial Pipeline, VTTI, GCT, and Switch working closely with management and shareholders to drive business plans, budgets, operational execution, debt capital markets activity and capital allocation decisions
