• During 4 weeks, I assisted Votorantim to structure the new Corporate Venture Capital division to be created. This division seeks to study the development of new products/business models inside the corporate environment of Votorantim by investing in start-ups • Inside the Innovation team, I was responsible for the development of "Invest Thesis guidelines“. The topics covered in this guideline were Relevant Industries, Macroeconomics, Industry Trends, Competitors Analysis, and Corporate Structure. • Also, I was responsible for studying Term Sheet clauses that would help managers to make better decisions while negotiating with start-ups
