- Worked in the Rotatives department, focussing on the high pressure module for large civil engines (mainly T1000 -TEN). - Built thermal models using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for thermal predictions on a number of projects (mainly supporting Critical Parts and Lifing). - Further validated thermal models using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). - Presented results and gave technical advice on over 10 projects. - Worked as part of a Tiger Team to solve technical issues on the Trent 1000 -TEN (company critical project).
