Product Madness is a leading developer and publisher of social and mobile casino game. It has offices in SF, Vegas, Austin, London and Minsk. More than 1,500,000 people play a Product Madness game every day across all major mobile and social platforms. During my time as Managing Director I helped grow the company’s revenues 15 times in 3 years to a run-rate of just under $200mm with meaningful EBIT margins. The challenge was doing that while managing a staff of 170 people across five locations – SF, London, Vegas, Austin, Minsk (Belarus) and maintaining a great, fun and productive culture. In addition, we managed to successfully transitioned the company from 98% Facebook driven revenues to a mobile driven company when most of its revenues are generated from mobile platforms. The company's leading product - ‘Heart of Vegas™’ is the 7th top grossing game in Facebook, regularly #1 top grossing in Australia (iPhone, iPad and Google Play), regularly top 15 gross in US iPad, and top 30 grossing in the US on both iPhone and Google Play.

    2007 - 2012

Led the company from a bootstrapped company to a profitable 8 digits//year business. Headed a staff of 30 across 3 locations – SF, London, Minsk (Belarus). I managed the company’s development efforts, including tech stack and architectural decisions in addition to driving all significant partnerships and business development activities for the company. Directed the company’s strategy, including focus on social casino (2010) and the move towards mobile (2012). In 2009 opened the company’s London office and built it into the company’s biggest office. I initiated a successful competitive sale process, leading to the company’s successful sale to a strategic buyer (Aristocrat ASX:ALL) at the end of 2012.
